Don't get caught out riding with a busted line and leaky O-Rings. Replace your worn out carburetor vent lines with our durable, high quality and affordable MAX-FLO HOSES. We have over 20 different color choices to customize your bike.
We suggest replacing your FCR inlet O-Rings yearly for optimum performance. When removing your carb to replace your vent hoses, it will often disturb the inlet potentially causing leaky O-Rings and a down bike.
Most of the aftermarket hoses you will find on the market are 1/8" ID. This is the wrong size for the vents on the FCR carburetor..they are too small, extremely difficult to install, and could rip over time! Our MAX-FLO HOSES are the correct 4mm ID and more durable than factory hoses. They take some extra effort to install but are designed to fit snugly and securely.

- 10'ft of 4mm ID uncut hose for KEIHIN FCR CARBURETOR -Standard Routing
- Also includes 1 set of 3 OEM Replacement Fuel Inlet O-Rings for a vast majority of Keihin FCR carburetors with a removable brass 45 or 90 degree inlet (see pictures for example). Some early models have a press-fit inlet that can not be removed. That inlet does not use these O-Rings.
- This is a custom kit for KEIHIN FCR carburetors only. For all other carbs, please see our other listings without O-Rings offered in several lengths for any application.
- Our MAX-FLO LIGHT FACTORY PINK is the same size and material but a slightly lighter shade than OEM factory hose and lighter than our previous inventory.
- Our MAX-FLO FACTORY RED is the same size and material as OEM factory hose. but one shade darker than "HONDA RED" and a closer match to Vintage Plastics

Light Factory Pink, Honda Red, and Vintage Red are 4mm ID x 7mm OD Vinyl Tubing MADE IN THE USA.
- All other hose is 4mm ID x 6.4mm OD Polyurethane and made in the USA.
- Kink, Sun/UV, Oil and Fuel Resistant. Repels Water & Dirt / Cleans Easily with Soap and Water
- Includes a heat shirt (uninstalled) and 3 zip ties. Clamps are not included.
- Heat (AWAY FROM FUEL SOURCES) and/or pliers ease & quicken the install process.

Easy installation:
To disassemble, remove retaining screw. Twist and pull the fuel inlet tube. Remove old worn O-rings and clean O-ring grooves. Install the new O-rings starting with the inside O-Ring and work towards the outside. Grease/oil the O-rings then push and twist the inlet tube assembly back into the carburetor. Replace retaining screw. -
