Shipping policy
SHIPPING-DOMESTIC
-Our Hoses, O-Rings, and accessories ship FREE to the USA (unless indicated in the listing)
-Larger Parts - shipping cost is calculated based on location.
- Items under 1lb will be shipped via the USPS first-class mail with tracking. The estimated transit time (not guaranteed) is 5-7 days (with the exception of our economy O-Rings and Washers being sent in a stamped envelope, Average transit time 7-14 days).
- For items under 1lb, an "Expedited" Priority option (at additional cost) is available on many items. If this option is chosen, the item will ship via USPS Priority/Flat Rate. The estimated transit time (not guaranteed) is 2-5 days.
- Items over 1lb. will ship via USPS Priority mail, Fed Ex Home Delivery, or UPS Ground, method to be determined by Max Motorsports. The estimated transit time (not guaranteed) is 2-7 days. A tracking number will be provided.
- Did you need your item yesterday? Please contact Max Motorsports before ordering to discuss "Express" options.
International Shipping (when available)
- For items weighing up to 4.0lbs and less than $25 value will be shipped via USPS First-Class International. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location
- Any items over $25 value will be shipped via USPS Priority International or DHL. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location.
-The freight carriers are providing the transport/delivery service. If an issue with transit arises, we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Max Motorsports is not responsible for delays after the carrier has taken possession of the item. Items are not considered lost until 14 days domestic (45 days international) after the original ship date. At that time, a replacement item will be sent or a refund will be issued.
Handling Time
Most of our orders will be shipped out within 24 business hours Monday-Friday. As order volume can vary from day-to-day and some items require additional packaging, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship.
