Refund Policy
Max Motorsports will accept returns up to 30 days after the original shipment date.
- If an item is damaged in transport, DOA (Dead on Arrival) or an incorrect item was sent by Max Motorsports, please contact us for a replacement item (if available) to be sent or a refund to be issued. Max Motorsports may request and require pictures of damage/additional documentation before a refund issued/replacement sent. Return shipping information will be provided by Max Motorsports. After the item is received, inspected for damage and confirmed to be the item sent, a refund will be issued.
- An item is considered lost in transit 14 days after it shipped from Max Motorsports. If an item is determined to be lost in transit, Max Motorsports will send a replacement item or issue a full refund based on the preference of the customer.
- If an item is returned due to "buyer remorse" or purchasing the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. After the item is received, inspected for damage and confirmed to be the item sent, a refund will be issued. Please contact Max Motorsports for an authorization before returning a product. Item sent without authorization will NOT be accepted.
- Please do not attempt a "bait and switch". All items returned will be closely inspected to determined if they are the original items sent. We keep detailed pictures and can identify fraudulent returns. If it is determined an item is fraudulently returned, the item will not be returned to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.
- We DO NOT accept International Returns.
